Birthday Post

Today I turned 22.  As I drank my coffee this morning, I reflected on the last year of my life.  This last year has held many things good and bad.   The point of it all is that I learned new things, and God was always with me. A few highlights from Last year:
     1. I was Finally able to buy my own wine to quench my wanna be classy thirst.  I love pink moscato.  It can really set the mood on a good dinner.

     2.  I Worked for 6 months at North Star Services.  And I learned that although working out of the home can really be fun and nice for the pocket book, the job I'm best at is here at home with my little ones.

     3. We bought our first living quarters.  Aka our lovely Trailer home!

     4. I welcomed 6 new pets into our home.  That is right!!  4 fish, Checkers and Gato.

     5.  I said a permanent good bye to Facebook.  My life has been amazing with out.

     6. I learned that Motherhood is a Crazy Roller-coaster ride...one that has its ups and downs, but when its all over you just want to pay the ticket guy and get back on.  I learned that the past is the best place to keep the past, and there is no better place to be than the present.  That its 'ok' to have regrets, only not to dwell on them.  We all make mistakes, and its best to label some of them learning experiences.

     7. I potty Trained a 2 year old all by myself and was successful... sounds lame, but really, this was a big challenge for me, and yup I nailed it!!

     8.  I bought my Equinox and I love it.  It has bee an awesome family car for us, and the awd  is AMAZING!   It was also my first experience buying a car under my name at a dealer.  :-)  So many papers to sign!

     9.  I tried sushi for the first time, and LOVED it!

     10.  I started this blog.  This is not my first blog, but it is the first one that im serious about posting, because time really does fly, and i want to document my life, and my journey with my family!   Thanks for following!

Here is to another awesome year.  A year full of amazing adventures.
