My House

My house, I will admit, all most always looks like this.  Toys and food and children and dog every where.  Messy houses means happy children though.  This I am sure to be true.  The only time my house looks non lived in, is when it is not lived in. Like during nap time or over night.  We set up a system of cleaning up before we go to sleep so that the mess is not too overwhelming, and that way we can empty the toy bin several times a day.  Some times letting my children descover new things equals things all over the place.  However it is worth every second to me to know that my children are having a happy childhood.   To know that they do not have to worry that mom will get up set over their toys, and they know that they will have to clean them before nap and bed. Some times before lunch too, since nap is directly after lunch.  So just remember next time you kids throw their toys and colors every where, that your child is having fun and learning how to play with those toys.
