ARRIVAL

     Last night we arrived at our destination in Campaign Illinois.  We hit McDonalds when we got here, I and could not believe my eyes, this small town girl has never seen a sign like this in a fast food restaurant before.  I don't usually eat MCD's mainly because I think it is gorse, but this one had a play place, and after 9 hours of car ridding, I thought this would be a great way to unwind the kids. It proved to be a fail, because the kids climbed up the slide and then could not figure out how to get down.   I had to send Popy up the tunnel slide to rescue them.  

The place we are staying is only a few blocks from the mall.  This morning we took a walk for some coffee and doughnuts, and a walk in the AC.  most of the shops in the mall were still closed, but we were just there for coffee soo :-)
